Get Involved

Four ways you can get involved!

Pray

Intercessory prayer is at the essence of House of Hope Maryland. We believe God has great plans for our ministry and know the importance of individuals regularly lifting up House of Hope Maryland in their prayers. Currently, members from our organization meet throughout the month to pray for our ministry and the teens and families we serve.

Would you join us in praying for House of Hope Maryland? Would you also allow us to pray for you? Please connect with us so we can join together to pray.

Be a Fundraiser

Get creative! Talk to your family, friends and colleagues about House of Hope Maryland’s mission and concerns over the breakdown of the American family. Together create, plan, and host a fundraising event for the ministry. It can be anything from a small lemonade stand to a large gala!

Kathy, the Executive Director will consult with the planners and will be glad to speak at the event offering awareness of the problems and her passion for a program that can bring hope and healing.

If you are excited about helping in this manner, please contact Kathy today.

Success Stories

“Walking into the House of Hope is giving me the hope to become a better person and to achieve my goals in life. My experience with HOH has been encouraging and accepting with no judgment of my past behavior. I am looking forward to learning many things and most importantly to love myself the way God loves me.

–  Student

“My counselor helps me to vent and get everything out. When talking about problems I face, it helps me understand them better. My counselor also teaches me things about myself that I never knew and she encourages me to keep going!”

– Teen

“For the past 3 years, as a mother I have been constantly worrying about my daughter. She has been struggling with school, family, and her emotions. She hasn’t made the best decisions lately, which has put a strain on the relationships of the ones who care for her. I prayed to find a program that will help my daughter not just academically, but also focus on finding the root of her issues and teach her self-confidence and self-love. I am very thankful for all the reassurance and the compassion that we have experienced. House of Hope has brought hope back into our home.
